I had great experience with 5S Flooring. I hired 5S Flooring to remove old flooring, prep the sub floor, install new hardwood flooring, replace an old staircase as well as to install baseboard and trim all around the house. Sam and his team did a fantastic job. The flooring and baseboard installation was excellent. Sam's team has great attention to detail and the quality of their work is outstanding. We’re looking to have a vinyl floor installed, look no further, hire Sam immediately. Sam was able to completely tear out a poorly installed floor and reinstall it perfectly. More than that, the subfloor was not level at any point, which was the main problem. Yet Sam was able to do the impossible and create a level surface for the tiles to be properly installed. Sam is not only very skilled at what he does but he has much integrity and truly cares about the quality of the work he does. This is a very rare quality to find these days.
